Payment & Refund

Payments for Handisopra Studio services are collected according to the quote confirmed before work begins on handisopra.cfd.

• Hours for payment questions at Handisopra Studio: Mon–Fri 08:00–19:00. Site reference this site, desk Korenmarkt 153.
• Accepted methods are confirmed by email from desk@this site and may include card or local transfer depending on Belgium norms.
• Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once materials are ordered, unless we cancel the booking.

If we must cancel, prepaid fees for unfinished work are refunded within fourteen business days.

Workshop seats can be transferred once with forty-eight hours notice; no-shows forfeit the seat fee.

• Refund requests should include booking date, service name, and contact details used on this site.
• Charge disputes should first contact desk@this site so we can reconcile invoices against studio logs.
• Prices shown in conversation are in local currency for Ghent unless otherwise stated.

Returning visitors can skip the full laundry intake when notes are on file without silent add-ons — changes need a written OK. We keep laundry notes separate from unrelated service tracks.
